If it does, you’re probably putting all your energy into digging into that marketing problem so your business (and revenue) will finally stabilize.
But what if……
marketing isn’t actually the problem you need to solve?
Every business needs a full revenue engine:
- a validated product that people want to buy
- a sustainable business strategy
- an authentic, differentiated message
- marketing
- sales
If you’re 100% sure that all the other gears in your revenue engine are working and that marketing is the only one that’s not doing it’s job – then keep digging in the spot where you are.
BUT – if you have even an inkling of a thought that it might be one of the other things…
You might be digging in the wrong place!
