Don’t Waste Your $$. How to Choose the Right Business Coach
I drew the picture in for this post on my ipad at 6:30am on a Saturday. It’s not that I was intentionally working on the weekend. It’s just that I think about this stuff all. the. time.
So the insight that got me thinking was that there are only 3 states of business – one where you’re validating whether or not this thing you’ve got can be a lasting business, one where you’re revving the marketing and sales machine, and the one where you’re putting in repeatable systems for growth management.
And the kind of business coach you need depends on which stage you’re in.
Check out my latest video where I show you the difference so you can figure out who might be in the best position to help you.
BTW – if you’re not up for the video, the upshot is that it doesn’t make sense to invest in coaching for a future phase until you’ve got the phase you’re in figured out. So for instance, it doesn’t make sense to hire a coach to help you market and sell stuff if you don’t have your ideal client, program and pricing nailed down first. It’s like trying to paint the wall of a house that hasn’t been built. It just doesn’t work.
If you’re interested in how I might be able to help you work through the challenges in the validation phase – building a program people want to buy, nailing down your pricing and creating an authentic way to help people discover and hire you, subscribe to my free weekly newsletter where I talk about how to do all that stuff and more.
